Job Description

Requirements:

• NYS Certification in Special Education, Students with Disabilities 7-12, or Literacy Grades 5-12;
• Literacy background required; 1 period daily to provide Resource Room Literacy instruction/specialized reading;
• Prior experience with instruction to support literacy skills and/or specialized reading instruction;
• Wilson training required.
   

The total number of Teaching Assistants needed per building is dependent on the number of
Pre-Kindergarten sections in the 2025–2026 schedule.
