Job Description

The Beacon City School District seeks candidates who are NYS Certified and/or who are currently enrolled as an Education Major in an accredited College or University to provide instruction in all subject areas to the District’s Elementary Schools on a per diem needed basis.  Must have the knowledge and the ability to use various virtual platforms as needed in relation to the position.

 

Daily compensation rates:

• Non-certified substitutes: $90/day
• NYS certified substitutes: $115/day
• Retired Beacon Teachers’ Association substitutes: $125/day
