Content Coordinator – Career and Technical Education Department at Beacon High School

 

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3-5 years teaching or related service experience in specific content area of interest;
• Meets with Assist. Superintendent for Curriculum and Student Support, Building Principal, Director of PE, Athletics, Nurses, and Health (PE Content Coordinator, K-12) or Assistant Superintendent of PPS;
• Works with District and school administrators to support curriculum and instructional initiatives within the District and/or content area;
• Supports the District’s vision, mission and core values and implementation of activities to achieve the District’s short and long term goals through teacher leadership among peers;
• Collaborates and assists in the development and implementation of the District’s annual professional development plan’s activities, as requested during the school year & summer;
• Ability to carry out job responsibilities as defined in the attached job description.

 

 

Stipend of $3,600
per BTA Contract MOA amending Article XXII
