Job Description

Requirements:

 

• Current Tenured Administrator in the Beacon City School District with satisfactory APPR evaluations in prior two school years, required;
• Ability to establish mentoring goals and objectives for the mentoring partnership;
• Ability to commit to a weekly mentor-coaching;
• Demonstrated leadership, content, and pedagogy knowledge/experience;
• Demonstrates the ability to work collaboratively to support new administrators.
