Job Description

The BOCES CoSER Coordinator will be the liaison for BCSD schools, BOCES, and community-based organizations for the purpose of collaborating and creating learning opportunities through the arts.

 

Responsibilities Include:

• Collaborate with and share information from Dutchess BOCES Arts in Education/Exploratory Enrichment Department district-wide as it pertains to:
  • New Programs
  • Resources
• Support school personnel with filling out CoSER related paperwork;
• Ensure that contracts, claim for payments, and evaluations are submitted with the appropriate time frame.
• Coordinate all aspects of the Calico Ball event, including planning, scheduling, transportation, and logistics;
• Set up meetings between teaching artists and school personnel for Calico Ball;
• Work with teaching artists to schedule rehearsal dates and in-school performance dates for Calico Ball;
• Supervise the Calico Ball performance;
• Organize, process, and maintain all related documentation and records;
• Other work as assigned by the Superintendent.
