- Adhere to all NYSPHSAA Requirements
Program Responsibilities: - Plan, organize, and conduct daily after-school practices appropriate for the level
- Supervise student athletes ensuring their safety and well-being at all times
- Manage team equipment and uniforms
- Academic support for student-athletes
- Coordinate game-day logistics
Required Qualifications: - NYS Coaching Certification
- First Aid, CPR/AED, Concussion Certification
- Previous sport-specific experience as a participant or coach is preferred
- Experience working with high school/middle school aged students is preferred
- Knowledge of sport-specific safety guidelines and regulations for athletes
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to foster a positive, inclusive, and encouraging environment for all participants
